RAPID NeuroFascial Reset

RAPID NeuroFascial Reset (RAPID) is a neurologically based, active, therapeutic technique that addresses the central nervous system’s role in tension and restrictions within the body. RAPID is an evidence based manual therapy technique that can support pain relief.
What to Expect
RAPID sessions are performed fully clothed, with no oils or lotions used. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Each session is personalized to your goals and adapted to how your body is responding.
What Sets RAPID Apart From Other "Release" Techniques?
Many traditional techniques focus on “breaking up” scars, adhesions, or physically releasing tissues. RAPID takes a different approach. Instead of mechanically forcing change, RAPID focuses on stimulating the nervous system to help the body reset. Here’s how RAPID can help support your body:
Neurological Reset
RAPID protocols stimulate the hypothalamus, which can help reduce global muscle tone and may help the body release protective holding patterns.
Autonomic Nervous System Activation
Through specific pressures combined with guided movement, RAPID engages the autonomic nervous system to help increase blood flow and support tissue health.
Sensory Input > Motor Output
Sensory feedback to the brain is three times greater than motor output. RAPID leverages this fact, delivering targeted inputs that the nervous system can’t ignore. This focus is considered a missing link in many other therapies.
Whole Body Approach
RAPID treats the body as an integrated system, not isolated parts. By working with neurological holding patterns, RAPID can help support changes across the entire body.
Evidence Based & Accessible
RAPID is grounded in neuroscience and built for real world clinical use. It is also easier to learn, less expensive than many advanced courses, and designed as a methodology, so it can be applied to many structures, not just the techniques taught in class.
The RAPID Difference?
RAPID doesn’t just chase muscles. It focuses on the nervous system. This neurological approach can help support meaningful, longer lasting change for many people.
RAPID Trauma, ANS and Concussion (TAC)
Paige has completed RAPID TAC (Trauma, Autonomic Nervous System & Concussion), an advanced RAPID certification focused on the relationship between the nervous system, stress responses, and the body’s response to physical injury. This training includes education in trauma-informed care, autonomic nervous system considerations, and post-concussion presentations, while also exploring complex symptom experiences commonly associated with dysautonomia. This additional training allows Paige to bring a broader understanding of each client’s unique experience and provide a more informed, individualized approach to care.

Client Experiences
Waleed
I had an excellent experience at Haven Health and Wellness in Wetaskiwin. The clinic has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, and everything is clean, professional, and well organized from the moment you walk in.
I booked a session with Paige Corrigan, and it was one of the best RMT experiences I’ve had. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to understand your concerns before starting. What really stood out is her background as a RAPID Neurofascial Reset Specialist — you can tell she’s highly trained and knows exactly how to target problem areas. The treatment felt very precise and effective, especially for tension and tightness, and it didn’t feel like a generic massage at all.
Julia
Highly recommend Paige. She’s responsive, kind, caring and very skilled. She takes great care to meet your needs, adjust to your comfort level and listen to your concerns. She will use different techniques to best address pain and create a safe environment where you feel taken seriously. Paige will not only treat you, but also send you home with exercises and stretches you can do to further support healing. She’s fantastic with my tween daughter as well. Paige has a created a cozy little spot for relaxation and healing in her practice and I recommend you check it out for yourself.
